This notice explains how D'Open Kitchen collects and uses your personal data when you order through our self-order and counter system, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Providing personal details is optional. If you choose to, we may collect:

• Mobile number and name — only if you opt in to our rewards programme.
• Email address — only if you ask for a receipt by email.
• Order details — the items you ordered, amount, and time, so we can prepare and fulfil your order.

You can place an order without giving any of these details.

How we use it

• To prepare, serve, and manage your order.
• To run our loyalty rewards (earning and tracking points), if you opted in.
• To send you a receipt, if you asked for one by email.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree.

Payments

Card and PayNow payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep loyalty and contact details for as long as you remain part of the rewards programme or until you ask us to delete them. Order records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes, but are anonymised (your contact details removed) once you request deletion.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent at any time. We'll action deletion requests promptly.
